By downloading or using the 22 System app ("App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App to set up and control your Bocci devices for personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
Do not misuse the App: no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, no interference with service integrity, no unlawful use, and no use that infringes others' rights.
The App controls IoT devices that depend on your network, third-party cloud services, and power. We do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity or availability. The App and devices are not designed for emergency, life-safety, security-critical, or medical use; do not rely on them for such purposes.
The App relies on third-party platforms (including Tuya, Apple, and Google). Your use of those is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
We may update the App and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated where required; continued use means acceptance.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bocci is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or device functionality. [Add any liability cap / jurisdiction-specific carve-outs per counsel.]
We may suspend or terminate access for breach. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for deletion).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. [Add dispute-resolution / arbitration clause and venue per counsel.]
